Hiya, friends!
I’m a lucky gal in that, sometimes, strange opportunities drop in my lap. Do I know what I’m doing? Of course not! Does that stop me from from saying “Whoa, maybe I should not do this”? Bahahaha, of course not!
One of my favorite ways to learn how to do something new is to jump in and figure it out as I go. I know a lot of folks with anxiety wouldn’t be able to do this, but for some reason, time has proven that I’m really good at learning on the fly. Whatever pops up, I know I can handle it.
The latest new endeavor to cross my desk is compiling an anthology for AuthorTubers on the very important subject of: Bog Hags.
Look, it’s a long story how we got to this place, but the most important things to know are—
This anthology needs submissions. It’s a quick turn around (October 15th deadline), which will be daunting for writers, I’m sure. But…
This is in no way meant to be taken seriously. This is simply a fun exercise allowing writers to step outside of the average work day and play a little bit around spooky season.
The collected submissions will be published on Amazon AT COST! No one is making money off of this anthology. It’s meant to be creative play with a fun memento at the end. We have our own major projects we need to be all serious and adulty with, so this is simply meant as a chance to explore something new in whatever genre you choose!
If it seems like it’s too easy, you’re probably overthinking it. If you’re an AuthorTuber and want more information, I have a video posted below or you can email me.
And for the readers amongst us, yes, the anthology will be available to everyone on October 22nd—at cost. That cost depends on how many submissions I get, so I can’t tell you a price.
Okay, now get out there, learn about the bog hag, and join us for the Bog Hag Book of Boggy Hagginess!
From the mess to the masses,
Nicole
